The Surrey school of makeup was created to offer a unique opportunity for students – a chance to join the elite professionals with a career in the makeup industry. students can benefit from our flexible training system meaning it doesn’t effect everyday life and commitments. Each course provides the highest standard of education and makeup training and has the benefit of being taught by practising professionals currently working in the makeup industry today.

First class guest artists will personally teach all of their students on a one-to-one basis, with guest makeup artists coming in straight from fashion week, TV and films. We teach students on a one-to-one basis to maximise the learning opportunities and to provide each student with as much individual attention as possible. We will be keeping a keen eye on students, who exceed expectations and those who show enthusiasm, talent and dedication, to offer the unrivalled opportunity to assist and work on photo shoots, fashion shows, promotions, TV, films and weddings.

This practical experience will be invaluable in your career. At the end of all makeup courses there will be a professional photo shoot giving all students not only the opportunity to leave with The Surrey School of Makeup certificate of qualification, but also professional pictures, that will help build your makeup portfolio and point you in the right direction.

Help and guidance will be given to each student individually to ensure they leave with confidence in themselves and pride in their work. Each student will also be advised of  ways of getting work in the makeup industry,  once the qualification has been completed.
